About the Role
You will expand the company's book of business by offering expert consultations on over 50 insurance products to new and existing clients. Your mission is to facilitate resolution strategies for client inquiries and build a client-centric culture through proactive communication and rapport building.
Day-to-day, you will engage with your local community to expand your business reach, forging relationships with professionals such as CPAs, lawyers, realtors, and mortgage brokers. You will develop and implement your own sales strategy while leading a high-performing team, supported by dedicated business coaches and a team of trainers.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 1 year experience in a leadership role, customer relations or sales

- verifiedAbility to show credit worthiness and qualify for business capital requirement
Nice to Have
Previous experience in insurance, along with Property Casualty License and/or Life Insurance License.
