As an Agent in Development, you will work within a high-performing agency under the guidance of an experienced mentor agent. Your day-to-day will involve building strong client relationships through consultative sales and service, identifying customer needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options. You will also develop new business through referrals and networking, manage client accounts and renewals, and complete industry training and licensing with full support and study materials provided at no cost.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be located in or willing to commute to the Phoenix Metro area. The selection process evaluates professional experience in sales, customer service, or business development, along with strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset. Those selected will receive full support to complete necessary licensing requirements, with Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred but not required at the time of hire.
