As a Benefits Advisor, you will serve as an advisor to business owners, working directly with them and HR representatives to plan supplemental insurance coverage and other value-added services for employees. This is a key role with significant growth potential, backed by the power, resources, and trust of a well-known and reputable brand. You will experience the personal reward of helping to provide financial security and added peace of mind to clients when they face covered health events.

We will provide you with the resources to become a licensed agent. On-the-job training is built into our onboarding process to ensure you are equipped for success. Prior sales experience is welcome, but not necessary.
