As an Institutional & Specialty Sales Consultant, you will have a rare opportunity to shape access, accelerate clinical adoption, and play a pivotal role in a high-profile neurology launch. You will deliver innovation to patients when it matters most by driving clinical demand and education for Asundexian in stroke prevention. This role requires you to lead formulary access by navigating P&T committees and influencing protocol adoption across health systems. You will build strategic relationships with priority institutions, including C and D Suite executives, Heads of Pharmacy, Heads of Quality, and neurologists. Success in this position involves developing territory business plans based on local market insights and collaborating with internal teams to support a successful launch.
This position covers the geography of Bakersfield, CA, and candidates must be domiciled within the territory. You will be expected to demonstrate expertise in the disease state, marketplace, and competitive landscape, possessing the analytical rigor to anticipate and identify business opportunities and challenges.

Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field. Proven success in biotech, medical, or pharmaceutical sales in competitive environments, including experience launching new products and product indications. Deep understanding and significant experience working in stroke, anti-coagulation, neurology, and cardiovascular therapeutic areas. Experience selling in institutional and clinical settings, and navigating the P&T committee process. Experience in establishing and pulling-through in-patient to out-patient protocols.
