About the Role
As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be on the front lines, installing and repairing services while educating customers on their use. This entry-level role is designed for those who enjoy solving technical challenges in a dynamic environment. No two days are the same; you will stay active and work outdoors, utilizing hand tools in a variety of environments to solve complex technical issues.
We equip you with the training you need to succeed, including on-the-job training, a career self-progression plan, and the Broadband Apprenticeship Program. You will build meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers while earning an industry-recognized certification. This role offers the opportunity to progress from Field Technician I to Field Technician IV, with opportunities to move into leadership positions.
