This position supports our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Material Review Board (MRB) Departments within a dynamic operations environment. You will provide direction to employees while developing Team Leads, Technicians, and Inspectors through effective coaching, communication, and training.
In this role, you will drive innovative problem-solving approaches and develop timely action plans to resolve issues. You will be responsible for the tactical execution of the quality management system, ensuring smooth process flow and high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a 2nd Shift position, working full-time weekday evenings into the early morning hours.

Consistent track record in leadership roles. Understanding of conventional Quality related inspection, NDT, CMM, calibration and other machine shop inspection process and procedures. Experience in Quality Management Systems and user of MRP/ERP/SAP systems used in production control, planning, manufacturing execution, and MRB. Ability to understand and interpret engineering technical data, such as manufacturing or part drawings, to provide guidance to cross functional teams. Knowledge of aerospace quality standards including AS9100, AS9102, & ISO. Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management, external customers, and government agencies. Six Sigma or ASQ Certification.
