About the Role
Join Quill's Sales Team to launch your career in business. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will connect with businesses and schools across the country, helping them find smarter, more efficient ways to acquire the supplies and solutions they need. You will drive growth by reaching out to new prospects, reactivating past customers, and strengthening relationships with existing ones, all while learning the ins and outs of professional sales, account management, and customer success.
This role is designed for motivated, goal-driven communicators who love connecting with people. You will present pricing programs and proposals to decision-makers, collaborate with teammates to exceed sales goals, and develop your business acumen daily under the guidance of experienced sales leaders.
Work Environment & Requirements
This position requires a minimum of 4 days in the office, with flexibility for remote work on Fridays. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Lincolnshire, IL area and be within commutable distance.
