The SP Lead serves as the regional architect for a specialized consultative team dedicated to empowering SMB sellers. This program is designed to accelerate growth, secure revenue, and enhance seller efficiency through targeted sales initiatives, campaign performance improvements, and scalable tool infrastructure. As the SP Lead, you will not only manage and develop a team of product specialists but also own the regional operations and outcomes, ensuring alignment with global standards while driving regional attainment against quarterly business objectives.
This position sits at the intersection of people leadership, operational rigor, and data-driven decision-making. You will navigate a fast-paced sales environment, balancing the need for operational excellence with the agility to address regional priorities. Your day-to-day involves leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), managing regional sales motions, and fostering strong relationships with sales stakeholders to ensure the SP support model delivers optimal value.

At least 2 years of experience in advertising technology or digital campaign management across online ad platforms (e.g., Pinterest, Google, Meta, Snapchat, X). Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high performing teams. Strong operational and program management skills with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent initiatives. Exceptional analytical skills with experience using data to drive business outcomes. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive level presentations. Experience interfacing with clients and representing a function to senior leadership. Fluency in the primary regional language for the assigned market.
