About the Role

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on one primary objective: creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, you will be the advisor on the customer's journey. This role requires you to build relationships, inspire loyalty, and recommend products that complement the customer's needs. You will also inform customers about current promotions, set up advertising displays, and ensure they are enrolled in our Loyalty program. Sally Beauty provides the knowledge and training needed to succeed; you bring the passion and personality.
