About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this Inside Sales position serves as the operational backbone of our parts department. The role is designed to bridge the gap between customer needs and our inventory capabilities, ensuring that every quote, order, and delivery contributes to high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for generating new business and supporting the sales team with critical parts inventory management and quoting support.

In this position, you will oversee the full lifecycle of parts sales, from the initial planning stage through to execution and completion. Your day-to-day involves creating detailed proposals based on customer scope and budget, managing warehouse inventory levels, and coordinating shipping and receiving activities. Whether you are following up on leads, conducting site visits, or collaborating with internal teams, your focus will be on maintaining a safe, efficient, and customer-centric environment.
