About the Opportunity
DCS is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support the Aerospace Dominance Enabler Division (AFLCMC/C3BM) at Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, Utah. This role is critical to the division's mission of protecting, accrediting, and maintaining the security posture of Air Force information systems.
The Role
As an ISSO, you will partner closely with the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to ensure all systems meet rigorous Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force cybersecurity requirements. Your work will directly align with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical networks and data.
In this position, you will serve as a key collaborator across technical and leadership teams. Your day-to-day involves conducting risk assessments, supporting accreditation activities, and evaluating system security controls. You will help enforce policies, configurations, and user access standards while monitoring for vulnerabilities and assisting with incident response actions. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining compliance artifacts and supporting secure system design efforts from the ground up.
Requirements & Eligibility
Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is mandatory. Candidates must possess and be able to maintain an Active Secret Clearance. This role is based in Ogden, Utah, with the possibility of travel at the customer's discretion.
