About the Team
M+C Saatchi Performance is part of the M+C Saatchi Group, a global agency network dedicated to creating a company that values difference with an inclusive culture. Our Influencer & Affiliate Marketing team is responsible for identifying, managing, and activating creators to deliver performance-driven campaigns across platforms like TikTok and Meta. We focus on how influence drives consumer behavior, blending creator partnerships with paid media strategies to meet client goals.
About the Role
This 3-month paid internship offers an entry-level opportunity to build hands-on experience in influencer marketing and creator partnerships. You will join the influencer team to support the Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager, working across a variety of agency clients to gain exposure to how campaigns are planned, executed, and evaluated within a performance marketing environment.
The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and deeply interested in social media, creators, and pop culture. You will collaborate with Influencer, Social, and Account teams to support the delivery of creator campaigns, assist with influencer discovery and outreach, and help ensure content aligns with creative briefs. This role is designed for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven industry and is eager to learn about digital media channels.
