We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Services Crew Manager to lead our field operations. This is a working leadership position where you will spend the majority of your time on-site, supporting crews, coordinating daily work, and ensuring projects are executed safely and efficiently. As the accountable on-site leader, you will bridge the gap between operational execution and customer needs, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
You will report directly to the General Manager and serve as the primary point of contact for our industrial clients. The ideal candidate understands the unique demands of industrial environments, from plant shutdowns and turnarounds to routine maintenance and emergency response. This role requires a strong field presence and the willingness to work alongside crews when necessary.
Please note: This position is specifically focused on industrial cleaning and services. Candidates with experience primarily in commercial, residential, or general construction project management may not be the best fit for this specialized environment.

Experience with hydroblasting, water blasting, vacuum truck operations, environmental remediation, or industrial cleaning services. Experience working in manufacturing facilities, power plants, refineries, chemical plants, or other industrial environments. Experience managing union employees. Experience supporting plant shutdowns, turnarounds, outages, or emergency response projects.
