About the Role
As an Industrial Painter at DeSHAZO, you will be the final touch on highly engineered structures, ensuring every component meets our rigorous standards for quality and durability. You will utilize various painting techniques, including wet paint spraying, to apply finishing coats in accordance with blueprints and customer specifications. Your role involves comprehensive material preparation, such as sandblasting, cleaning, and masking, to ensure optimal adhesion and finish.
In this position, you will operate painting equipment while maintaining a safe and organized work area. You will be responsible for inspecting paint jobs, adjusting colors, and fixing defects to ensure consistency with company goals for on-time performance. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in the craftsmanship of industrial manufacturing.
