At Atlas Machine & Supply, Inc., our culture is built on a foundation of accountability and mutual support. We value ownership, respect, and collaboration across all departments, guided by four key principles: Cover and Move (Teamwork & Support), Simple (Clarity & Communication), Prioritize and Execute (Efficiency & Focus), and Decentralized Command (Empowerment & Trust). We empower individuals to take ownership, make decisions, and drive innovation aligned with our mission.
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our weekend day shift team. This position is critical for ensuring the continuous operation of our machinery and equipment. As a self-motivated professional, you will operate independently without immediate on-site support, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. You will also assist with the installation of new, used, or custom equipment and support preventative maintenance programs. Success in this role requires the ability to read schematics, understand PLC programming, and communicate effectively with management to coordinate repair efforts.
Interested candidates should submit their application directly to Atlas Machine & Supply, Inc. to be considered for the weekend day shift (Friday-Sunday, 5:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.).
It is Atlas' Policy to provide equal employment opportunity for all persons regarding recruiting, hiring, benefits, compensation, training, promotions, and terminations without discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, or veteran status.
