About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our weekend day shift team. This position is critical for ensuring the continuous operation of our machinery and equipment. As a self-motivated team member, you will operate independently without immediate on-site support, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing repairs on complex mechanical and electrical systems. You will also assist with the installation of new, used, or custom equipment and support preventative maintenance programs. Success in this role requires a strong ability to interpret schematics, understand PLC programming, and communicate effectively with management to coordinate repair efforts.
