This Industrial Hygienist opportunity is based in Johnson City, TN, and is pivotal to protecting the health and well-being of personnel in pre-production and production environments. The role serves as the cornerstone for developing, implementing, and maintaining the site Industrial Hygiene (IH) program.
In this position, you will evaluate workplace conditions to identify potential health hazards and establish effective controls to minimize employee exposure to chemical, physical, biological, and radiological hazards. You will work closely with operations, engineering, maintenance, and ES&H personnel to support regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and continuous improvement efforts. The goal is to foster a strong culture of safety and health throughout the facility by integrating occupational health requirements into daily operations.
