About the Role
As an Industrial Estimator based in Hawley, MN, you will be a key player in our continued growth, helping to secure projects and drive revenue in the conveyor design space. You will collaborate with internal teams to create detailed bids for prospective projects, working in a collaborative, supportive, and result-driven environment where quality and customer satisfaction are paramount.
Your days will involve reviewing technical specifications and drawings to create competitive bid packages, including material takeoffs, cost estimates, and preliminary layouts. You will estimate labor and timelines, professionally present proposals, and prepare sales contracts while ensuring compliance with safety policies and industry regulations. Organization and attention to detail are vital as you coordinate job details for multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining engineering and sales documentation and tracking bid opportunities in our ERP system.
