About the Role
The Industrial Engineering Manager serves as a strategic leader responsible for planning, designing, and managing integrated production and service delivery systems. This role ensures performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence, and cost control across the production site. The position is driven by goals of profitability, effectiveness, adaptability, responsiveness, and quality, with a strong focus on the continuous improvement of products and services throughout their entire life cycles.
Team Context
As a key member of the site leadership, you will establish and communicate global and regional Industrial Engineering strategies to the department. Your leadership will be instrumental in standardizing Jabil processes and system configurations (such as SAP, MES, and IEDB) in alignment with global direction. You will also support the Lean organization by building a solid process foundation and ensuring data integrity to drive organizational improvement.

The selection process will assess technical proficiency in industrial engineering tools, financial acumen, and the capacity to mentor and develop engineering talent.
