The core purpose of this position is to eliminate waste across time, money, materials, person-hours, machine time, energy, and other resources that do not generate value. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will serve as a coach and teacher of lean manufacturing principles to production floor team members, driving problem-solving efforts and fostering a collaborative culture across all levels of the organization. This role involves leading continuous improvement initiatives in supplier, in-process, and finished goods packaging, as well as material movement solutions.
