About the Role

We are seeking motivated, safety-oriented individuals to join our Maintenance team as an Industrial Electrician. In this critical role, you will play a key part in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our facility, adding value by identifying and correcting electrical issues before they lead to equipment failure or production downtime.\n You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and completing both scheduled and emergency repairs on plant equipment, machinery, and electrical systems that support the mining and processing of gypsum into specialty, agricultural, and building products. This position requires close collaboration with operations to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, as well as working within a team environment alongside fellow employees, supervisors, and managers. You will also assist Process Controls Engineers and Maintenance Technicians as needed, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
