As an Industrial Client Service Leader, you will be an integral member of our dynamic Industrial team, helping to further accelerate the growth of our Industrial business unit. This role is designed for a professional with a strong industrial water and wastewater background who is ready to identify promising new opportunities, win exciting new projects, and grow key client accounts.
You will bring experience in selling consulting, engineering, design-build, and EPC (engineer, procure, construct) projects across CDM Smith's target industrial client markets. Your mission is to help clients successfully implement industrial infrastructure and facility capital projects, meet water management objectives, comply with environmental requirements, and address other related needs. In this capacity, you will lead business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S., including hi-tech facilities. You will develop and maintain high-value relationships, grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and technical specialists, and collaborate with our award-winning technology group to stay at the forefront of leading-edge tools.
