About the Role
The Industrial Cleaning Supervisor is the operational leader for a team of industrial cleaning laborers at an assigned plant-based location. This role exists to ensure the safety and quality of all cleaning services performed, bridging the gap between field execution and client satisfaction.
In this position, you will manage the day-to-day activities of a crew handling high-pressure water blasting, vacuum truck operations, and general cleanup. You will organize crews, delegate responsibilities, and verify that all appropriate equipment is available onsite to complete jobs safely. Beyond supervision, you will serve as a liaison for site leadership in your region, maintaining positive client relations and engaging with prospects to determine their needs. You will demonstrate the functionality and benefits of tailored services, emphasizing practical value and application while actively championing a positive workplace and safety culture.
