The Independent Living Sales Manager is a primarily outside sales position dedicated to leading the marketing and leasing functions of our community. This role is vital for connecting prospective residents with the vibrant life we offer, ensuring that our community operations align seamlessly with our goals, budget guidelines, and the unique needs of our residents.
In this position, you will serve as the face of Oakmont Senior Communities, conducting tours, responding to inquiries, and building lasting relationships with prospective residents to facilitate the sales process. You will coordinate closely with all departments to promote outstanding community operations and provide essential backup support to the Executive Director in their absence. The role involves establishing and maintaining prospect files, developing marketing plans to achieve desired occupancy levels, and ensuring a smooth admissions process from initial inquiry to lease signing.
