Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMonitor and assess security threats, suspicious activities, and potential hazards across corporate facilities
- check_circleIdentify and mitigate risks such as safety violations, property damage, or environmental hazards
- check_circleDocument all observations, patrol findings, and incidents using digital reporting tools in a clear and timely manner
- check_circleEnsure employees and contractors follow safety protocols including ID badge usage and secure document disposal
- check_circleMonitor CCTV, access control dashboards, and alarm systems to detect irregularities and respond promptly to alerts
- check_circlePromote a culture of vigilance through positive engagement with staff and involvement in safety campaigns or drills
- check_circleConduct regular patrols of grounds, public spaces, loading docks, and access points to deter unauthorized activity
- check_circleServe as an immediate responder to fire alarms, medical situations, and critical events while coordinating with first responders
Requirements
- verified3+ years in corporate security, loss prevention, or similar safety-focused role
- verifiedValid security guard license
- verifiedCPR/First Aid/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED required
Nice to Have
Prior law enforcement and/or military experience. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field. Knowledge of corporate emergency preparedness procedures. Familiarity with visitor and contractor compliance systems. Training in conflict resolution, de-escalation, or behavioral threat assessment.
