About the Role
This position is designed for a highly motivated scientist to execute in-vivo rodent experiments at a client site. The role is critical for understanding the PK/ADME properties and the mechanism of action of new therapeutics. You will work within an entrepreneurial discovery research environment, collaborating with group members to develop and troubleshoot novel models for understanding drug metabolism properties.
The position is on-site, full-time, and operates on the first shift, Monday through Friday. While the core schedule is standard, the role requires flexibility to adapt to schedule changes, including potential shift changes, weekend work, and overtime as needed. Candidates must live within a commutable distance of Boston, MA.
Hiring Process
Our interview process is designed to be efficient and thorough:
- Phone Interview: A 10-15 minute introductory call with a Region Recruiter.
- Virtual Interview: A 45-60 minute virtual meeting with the Manager and/or Group Leader.
- In-Person Meeting: A 45-60 minute on-site visit to meet with the team.
