Every day, we set the standard for rare and special luxury service the world over, proud of delivering excellence in the care and comfort of our guests.
Your role at The Ritz-Carlton Oahu Turtle Bay is to ensure that the "Gold Standards" of the brand are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. Beyond service, you will maintain the cleanliness of work areas throughout the day and uphold our culture by welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards. You will speak with others using clear and professional language, answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, and develop positive working relationships to support the team in reaching common goals.
