FXC Intelligence is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Proven full-cycle talent acquisition experience in fintech, financial services, data, or technology; Experience recruiting across Commercial, Product Management, or Technology/Engineering; Deep knowledge of US talent market and US hiring law compliance; Professional proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken); and Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
