Crimson Education is the world’s leading college admissions consulting firm, having secured over 1,490 Ivy League offers and 2,410 admissions to US Top 15 universities. We help ambitious students gain entry to the world’s top universities through expert-led guidance and proven, data-driven strategies. Our students are seven times more likely to get into the Ivy League than their peers. Recently featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal, we are backed by leading VC firms including Tiger Global, Heal Partners, IceHouse Ventures, and Movac, following a USD $40M Series D funding round at a USD $640M valuation.
We operate across 21 markets worldwide, including the US, Canada, UK, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand. Our unique approach brings together former Ivy League and Top 20 admissions officers, professors and PhD teaching fellows from leading universities, past ISEF winners, and capstone project mentors to provide rigorous, multi-faceted guidance.
This full-time position is based in the U.S. and is currently fully remote, though it may require occasional in-person meetings and events in the future. You will serve as the vital first point of contact for prospective families, establishing rapport to communicate the unique benefits of working with Crimson Education. Your day will involve conducting professional sales consultations and academic assessments that align with our brand, while presenting our products according to our established sales process.
Beyond initial sales, you will be responsible for the consistent and timely onboarding of new clients to our Student Success Manager team. You will also engage with existing clients to inform them of new developments and upsell relevant offerings. As a proactive contributor to a close-knit, high-performing team, you will work to expedite the resolution of customer problems, maintain effective communication with the Accounts team, and provide feedback to continuously improve our sales processes. You may also host or attend sales-oriented marketing events, mostly online.
We offer a flexible working environment where you are empowered to structure how you work. As a global player with 28 markets and growing, we provide limitless development and exposure; internal promotions and role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last year. We invest in our people with a $1,000 annual training budget, on-staff psychologists, and impressive fireside chats and workshops designed to help the team continuously level up. We live by "Radical Candour," a feedback approach that fosters a culture of open, honest, and constructive communication.
If you are passionate about education and people, and looking for a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you. Please keep an eye on your spam/junk email folder for correspondence from Team Tailor regarding your application status.
