About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Manager, you will lead and grow a dynamic team of In-Home Sales Representatives, playing the role of Leader, Motivator, and Coach. Supported by our General Manager, Sales Trainers, and regional leadership, you will contribute to our mission by ensuring your team delivers exceptional customer journeys. You will be expected to review sales appointments, adjust schedules as needed, and personally run a minimum of three pre-scheduled, in-home appointments per week to set the standard for the team. Your day will involve preparing and leading weekly sales team meetings, reviewing performance results to meet daily and monthly expectations, and continuously improving the systems and processes used to deliver outputs.
