About the Role
As an In Home Housekeeper or Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting client wellness and daily living in accordance with their custom care plans. This position is designed for individuals who bring compassion and a desire to brighten the day of each client. Your day-to-day impact involves providing pleasant, supportive companionship, assisting with personal care and hygiene, and preparing meals that adhere to specific dietary constraints.
You will be the eyes and ears of our care team, reporting health changes or unusual incidents and responding quickly in emergencies. Whether you are accompanying clients on shopping trips, assisting with mobility and ambulation, or helping with light physical exercise, your presence ensures clients feel safe and supported. We offer opportunities for advanced training in specialized areas like dementia and Alzheimer's care for those seeking to broaden their skills.
Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle to transport clients. We require a background check to comply with state and office-specific health and safety standards. Training in First Aid and emergency response is required; if you do not currently hold these certifications, we provide the necessary training.
