We are seeking two experienced Cost/Price Estimators to support our project delivery. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and realism of cost and price analysis for construction, engineering, and architectural projects. You will serve as a key partner to contractors, engineers, and government staff, ensuring compliance with contract requirements while supporting efficient project execution.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between design plans and project reality. Your work will involve evaluating subcontractor performance, conducting market research with external vendors, and performing risk assessments related to cost, productivity, and labor. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, error-free deliverables that drive project control and financial transparency.
