About the Role

This role is designed for BCBAs, BCaBAs, or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. It offers the opportunity to lead with integrity and deliver high-quality care in an environment that values ethical practice and genuine autonomy.

You will call the clinical shots, designing treatment plans based on client needs rather than cookie-cutter templates. We prioritize meaningful supervision and family guidance over excessive direct service hours, ensuring you can use the full range of your expertise and tools. Through collaboration with compassion-focused clinical committees, you will access a wealth of resources to deliver your best work.
