As a skilled HVAC Mechanic, you will partner with Journeymen to repair centrifugal, steam turbines, and open-drive screw chillers. Your scope of work focuses on commercial HVACR service, performing maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
Beyond technical repairs, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers. You will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of commissioning and during aftermarket service, solving facility inefficiencies and resolving service-related items. This role involves providing recommendations to ensure facilities run efficiently, identifying upselling opportunities, and preparing quotes to support these solutions.
We support your success with factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA), offering recognition, monetary rewards, and advancement opportunities. You will be equipped with tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle to perform your job and service our customers to the highest standard.
To ensure proficiency, you will be required to pass a knowledge examination to assess your skills. We also offer opportunities to invest in your career development through training programs focused on HVAC products and sales quoting.
