About the Role
As an HVAC Truck Based Mechanic Apprentice, you will learn to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in a hands-on capacity. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop technical skills under the guidance of experienced professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will work alongside licensed mechanics to ensure systems operate at peak performance while adhering to strict safety policies and environmental regulations.
Your day-to-day will involve assisting with diagnostic procedures, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting senior mechanics in managing truck inventory. You will also gain expertise in the proper handling of refrigerants and contribute to excellent customer service by maintaining professional communication with clients.
Hiring Process
Candidates with a basic knowledge of HVAC systems and principles are encouraged to apply. While EPA Section 608 Technician Certification is preferred, we welcome those willing to obtain it upon hire. Successful applicants will join our team to grow their technical expertise and contribute to our mission of sustainable building solutions.
