As a Senior Service Technician, you will serve as a technical leader in the field, mentoring junior technicians and representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
Day in the Life
Your work will involve installing, maintaining, and servicing HVAC equipment, performing necessary repairs, and diagnosing complex electrical and mechanical faults. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction. Beyond technical tasks, you will uphold the highest standards of professionalism by wearing an approved uniform, maintaining punctuality, and submitting daily paperwork. You will also be responsible for keeping your vehicle, tools, and equipment clean, attending weekly department meetings, and strictly adhering to all safety protocols and personal protection equipment (PPE) requirements.
