About the Role
In this position, you will serve as the on-site project leader, acting as the bridge between technical execution and customer success. You will plan, execute, and complete control systems projects, managing the full lifecycle from hardware design and system programming to installation coordination and commissioning.
Your day will involve balancing customer satisfaction with project financial results, actively pursuing change orders, and managing costs, billings, and collections. You will provide work direction to subcontractors, electrical installers, and technicians, ensuring all work complies with state, local, and federal legal requirements. Beyond technical oversight, you will foster long-term relationships with clients and contractors, ensuring safety standards are met and that owners/operators receive proper training on the systems you deliver.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of a technical Associates Degree with two years of field experience or four years of equivalent related field experience in the HVAC industry
- verifiedRelevant technical hands-on experience in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC controls systems
- verifiedAbility to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience
- verifiedKnowledge of control theory and HVAC systems
