About the Role
The Install Manager serves as the linchpin in orchestrating and optimizing HVAC installations from sale to successful completion. This role is responsible for driving completed revenue for HVAC replacement projects while ensuring the development and performance of the install team. You will work closely with Outside Project Managers, Inside Sales Representatives, and the Install Coordinator to meticulously plan and execute each installation, ensuring they are finished on schedule, within budget, and to all relevant safety, code, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePlan system design, materials, and labor for residential HVAC installations
- check_circleEnsure installations are completed on schedule, within budget, and to safety standards
- check_circleCommunicate with clients to resolve installation issues and complaints
- check_circleConduct bi-weekly 1:1 meetings to provide coaching and set goals for installers
- check_circleCreate and enforce processes for installers to follow before, during, and after installations
- check_circleRecruit, interview, hire, and train installers to meet department budget
- check_circleSubmit and review weekly payroll for installers to accounting
- check_circleManage install department labor to fall within 5-8% of department revenue
- check_circleAssign installers to jobs based on technical competence and productivity
- check_circleCommunicate daily capacity to the Sales Department in conjunction with the Install Coordinator
- check_circleCoordinate with install coordinators to order, receive, and stage installation components
Requirements
- verified5+ years of experience Installing HVAC systems
- verified2+ years of management experience
