We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and become part of our legacy. Based in our private office at the Claremont, NH main office, this full-time, non-exempt role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work. While hybrid work is available after 90 days, regional travel is required for this position.
You will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from managing applicant screening and interviews to organizing employee recognition programs and fun events. This position is ideal for a self-starter with solid administrative skills and an interest in recruiting and hiring processes. Whether you have extensive HR experience or are eager to grow within the field, you will find a supportive team committed to your success.
Candidates must be able to pass required background checks and TB testing. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary to fulfill the regional travel requirements of the role.
