About PathWays of the River Valley

For over 50 years, PathWays of the River Valley has been serving individuals with developmental disabilities and their families across Sullivan and lower Grafton counties in New Hampshire. We are a mission-driven organization dedicated to making a meaningful impact in our community through professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and become part of our legacy. Based in our private office at the Claremont, NH main office, this full-time, non-exempt role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work. While hybrid work is available after 90 days, regional travel is required for this position.

You will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from managing applicant screening and interviews to organizing employee recognition programs and fun events. This position is ideal for a self-starter with solid administrative skills and an interest in recruiting and hiring processes. Whether you have extensive HR experience or are eager to grow within the field, you will find a supportive team committed to your success.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be able to pass required background checks and TB testing. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary to fulfill the regional travel requirements of the role.
