The Trainer III serves as a critical bridge between operational needs and workforce capability within the Midland Basin. This position is designed to ensure that teams are equipped with the knowledge and safety protocols necessary to thrive in high-stakes field environments. The role goes beyond simple instruction; it involves crafting comprehensive training ecosystems that adapt to evolving project specifications and safety standards.
In this capacity, you will act as both an educator and a mentor. Your day-to-day involves developing robust curricula and delivering engaging instructor-led sessions, while also leveraging e-learning platforms to scale knowledge transfer. A key component of the role is the "train-the-trainer" function, where you will empower internal subject matter experts to lead their own sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and safety ownership across the organization.
