About the Role
As an HR Shared Services - Operations Administrator, you will serve as a vital link between our employees and the HR function. This role exists to ensure seamless operational support within the HR Shared Services team, handling inquiries, managing data integrity, and maintaining efficient workflows. You will work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Subject Matter Experts to resolve employee issues and uphold company policies.
Your day will involve responding to a high volume of inquiries via telephone and email, tracking issues from initiation to resolution in our case management system, and managing HRSSC/Payroll mail and vendor invoices. You will also support staff training initiatives, update Standard Operating Procedures, and ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy.
