This position serves as a strategic partner to market leaders, dedicated to fostering a genuine safety culture and driving a positive employee experience. You will act as a present, active thought partner, identifying gaps in the associate experience and leading action planning to improve engagement, retention, and EPS. From supporting labor negotiations to managing complex employee relations investigations, you will be the voice of the employee while ensuring consistent execution of company policies and strategic HR campaigns across distribution centers, driver domicile yards, and office environments.
This is an onsite role based in a US Foods office, requiring significant interaction with associates across multiple locations, including distribution centers and yards. The position demands a culture of accountability where safety is prioritized at all times, and leaders are challenged to set the right tone for proactive engagement.
Candidates with a strong foundation in core HR fundamentals and experience in professional, non-administrative roles are encouraged to apply.
