About the Role
As an HR Generalist, you will be the backbone of our Human Resources & Talent Management function within this fast-paced environment. This role is designed to support a dynamic team by managing the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding to benefits administration and employee relations. You will partner closely with senior leadership to design and implement HR policies, performance management frameworks, and professional development initiatives that reinforce our collaborative culture.
In this position, you will not only ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws but also champion our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a high-performance workforce capable of meeting the rigorous demands of our strategic communications projects. You will handle sensitive information with discretion, lead HR reporting and metrics, and drive process improvement projects to enhance the employee experience.
