About the Role

This specialized position is designed for the right team member to fit within our culture. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will handle the open position lifecycle, including position postings, applicant tracking, negotiating job offers, and onboarding new employees. You will utilize platform methods such as social media, job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, colleges, universities, and community services to attract talent.

Beyond recruitment, you will administer leaves, training, unemployment, workers' compensation, data reporting, compensation changes, benefits, and retirement plan administration. The role also encompasses employee relations, performance management, employment credentialing, and payroll processing.
