We are seeking a talented HR Consultant for an immediate, onsite contract role based in Columbus, OH. This position offers a 2+ month engagement with significant potential for long-term extension. You will join a leading financial services and insurance organization, supporting critical compliance and operational functions within a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
In this capacity, you will serve as a key partner in maintaining the integrity of our HR records. Your day-to-day involves reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and initiating outreach to associates to resolve issues through approved technology platforms. You will document review outcomes, manage case activity, and escalate complex or high-risk scenarios to internal resources as needed.
This role requires a high degree of discretion when handling sensitive associate information, ensuring all actions align with privacy and confidentiality standards. You will report to a designated project lead or manager, working independently to manage multiple records simultaneously while maintaining strict adherence to defined procedures and escalation paths.

Associate's or bachelor's degree. Experience in administrative, compliance, operations support, audit, or records review work. Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
