This position offers a unique opportunity to provide critical analytical chemistry support within a dynamic GMP lab environment. You will serve as a key resource for product development teams and service engineers, supporting their media and hardware labs as well as broader facility analytical needs. The core of the role involves utilizing advanced lab instruments to analyze raw materials and finished products for identification, classification, and defect analysis.
In this day-to-day capacity, you will perform chemical analysis and sample preparation, ensuring rigorous documentation and seamless sharing of results with the team. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting instruments, as well as creating and validating new analytical methods. The role requires strict adherence to all regulations, including FDA and EHS standards, while working with equipment such as chromatography systems (HPLC, GC, GC/FID, GC/MS), FTIR, and UV Vis.
