About the Role
As a key member of our banquet operations team, you will be the backbone of our event execution. Your day involves managing the complete lifecycle of banquet spaces, from meticulous setup according to detailed event specifications to restoring rooms to their original state post-event. You will work closely with servers and management to ensure seamless service, handling everything from transporting equipment to addressing maintenance needs in real-time. This role demands a blend of physical stamina and precision, requiring you to lift heavy equipment up to 50lbs while delicately handling china and glassware. Whether working indoors or seasonally outdoors, you will uphold the highest standards of grooming and operational efficiency.
