About the Role

Join our team as a Housekeeping Team Lead to support our gated retirement community. In this role, you will provide leadership, direction, and support to the housekeepers under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Manager. Your day will involve maintaining the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas, completing work orders according to a detailed schedule, and supervising daily work assignments. You will also play a key role in training, mentoring, and coaching new employees, ensuring our team operates with excellence. Because all our clients live within the community, this position offers the unique benefit of no travel required.
