About the Role

In this seasonal position, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our luxury property. You will transport linen carts with clean laundry from the laundry room to storage rooms on each floor, replenishing linens based on distribution needs. Your responsibilities include cleaning and organizing items in laundry rooms, supply closets, and uniform rooms, as well as identifying and reporting maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.

Beyond the physical tasks, you will be the face of our hospitality. You will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs with genuine appreciation. You will speak with others using clear and professional language, developing positive working relationships with colleagues and responding appropriately to their concerns. This role requires you to move, lift, and carry objects, navigate various surfaces, and maintain a professional appearance while adhering to all safety and security policies.

Hiring Process

This is a seasonal opportunity with specific windows: Summer (June 1 – August 30) and Winter (December 15 – January 5). The position is part-time and located on-site at 3700 Wailea Alanui Dr, Wailea, Hawaii.
