About the Role
This position is located at our property in Lahaina, Hawaii. As a Housekeeping & Laundry associate, you will be the face of our commitment to guest satisfaction. You will respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
Your day will involve welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs, and assisting individuals with disabilities. You will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that every space reflects the quality and comfort our guests expect. You will work collaboratively to support the team in reaching common goals while adhering to all company, safety, and security policies.
